Westminster

Weekly Saturday and Sunday group rides with a variety of routes and levels*

Our rides are all social recreational rides. On Saturday we offer two ride levels - faster and slower - with the faster group averaging 16-18 mph and the slower group averaging 14-16 mph (depending on the route and amount of climbing). A typical Staurday ride has around 2500 feet of climbing but can have as much as 3500. We usually cover 36 miles at a minimum and sometimes as much as 75. We incorporate routes up Lookout Mountain in Golden, Flagstaff Mountain in Boulder, and even up to Jamestown. The Saturday rides are road rides. The Sunday ride is geared more toward the beginner level and covers flatter terrain. Distance is limited to no more than 25 miles at an average pace of 12-14 mph and incorporates local bike trails as well as roads.

Please come ready to ride. Bring your bike, helmet, hydration, and nutrition for the ride.

All rides depart from and return to the shop. Arrive at the shop at 9:00am and be ready to ride at 9:30am. Rides start and end at
