I just spent 3 weeks at 'The Biggest Loser Resort at Fitness Ridge' in Utah. We hiked 6 miles every morning and this hydration pack was great! It was comfortable and held just the right amount of water. The little zipper pouch was perfect for kleenex and lip balm.
